Park Day with BAP!
Come out and volunteer with us at Herman Park! This is a great way to earn additional points and pave your way to be eligible for our $750 scholarship! In this event, we will be planting trees, eating Torchy’s and finishing off the event with games to play between both organizations. “On the 1st and 4th, Saturday of each month volunteers will be needed to help restore the natural area located at 6530 ½ Almeda Road. This is an amazing location with a very unique setting under Post Oak trees, an urban forest and a system of ponds.”
To plan for parking, please look at the map that is attached. It would be best to carpool in case of limited parking since parking on Saturdays can be very challenging by 9:45 AM. Please make sure to fill out the waiver and send it back to firstname.lastname@example.org or bring a printed copy to the event.
